  • Fresh basil leaves

I recommend using a food processor or high power blender in order to pulse the basil.

The food processor I have and LOVE is the Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System and Blender.

I use this food processor/blender regularly and it blends and pulses like nothing else!

How do I make this Easy Lightened Up Basil Mayonnaise?

Put light mayonnaise and basil leaves into a food processor or high power blender.

Pulse until basil is mixed well and in fine pieces. 

Pour into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.

Use as a spread for sandwiches, paninis, or wraps!
