Lighter Hot Cocoa Dip

This Lighter Hot Cocoa Dip is an easy no bake dessert dip that is perfect for holiday parties or family movie night!

This dip is super simple to make and requires just 4 ingredients; sugar free whipped topping, sugar free chocolate pudding mixed with a protein drink, and marshmallows bites! Then top it all off with mini chocolate chips!

What ingredients do I need to make this Lighter Hot Cocoa Dip with?

  • Fat free or sugar free frozen whipped topping– thawed
  • Sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • Premier Protein or Fairlife Chocolate Protein Shake-any flavor-mint chocolate, chocolate, or vanilla would work great for this 
  • Marshmallow bits-you’ll use it in the dip and for garnish.
  • Mini chocolate chips-for garnish.
  • Graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, of fruit-for dipping

  • Gingerbread cookies
  • Animal crackers
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • Pretzels
  • Fresh fruit such as: strawberries, pears, and apples

How do I make this Lighter Hot Cocoa Dip?

In a large mixing bowl, add the instant pudding and protein drink, and whisk together until smooth.

Add the whipped topping and mix until fully combined.

Fold in 3 Tbsp marshmallow bits

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Transfer to a serving bowl, and top with 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp marshmallow bits.

Serve with graham crackers, cookies, animal crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping.

  • 11.5 oz. Fairlife Chocolate Protein Shake or Premier Protein-any flavor-winter mint chocolate, chocolate, or vanilla would work

  • 1/2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips, for garnish
  • Graham crackers, cookies, pretzel, of fruit for dipping.

  7. Store leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
