How do I make these Pretzel Hearts?

Arrange pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Measure out 9 oz. of chocolate chips using a food scale. I love THIS food scale from Amazon if you’re looking to purchase one.

Place strawberry or white chocolate chips with food coloring in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1–2 minutes in 30-sec. increments, until melted, stirring in between.

Transfer melted chips to small resealable plastic bag. I like to place ziplock around a cup for an easy opening.

Snip corner of resealable bag.

Pipe the melted chips into the holes and over centers of pretzels, keeping edges exposed to form heart shape.

Decorate with sprinkles as desired.

Refrigerate until chocolate sets.

Store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter for up to a week.
