This Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake is a perfect treat for fall-packed with over 20 grams of protein! Makes for a delicious breakfast, snack or even as a dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake Protein Powder or 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk or Carbmaster milk
- 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
- dash pumpkin spice ( I use Dak’s Pumpkin Spice)
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sugar free caramel syrup ( I use sugar free Torani salted caramel)
- 1/3 cup ice

Directions:
- In a food processor or blender add 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake Protein Powder or 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder, 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk or Carbmaster milk, 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin, dash pumpkin spice ( I use DAk’s Pumpkin Spice), dash of cinnamon ,1/2 tsp sugar free caramel syrup ( I use Torani salted caramel).
- Blend at medium high speed and puree until smooth – about 40 seconds.
- Add ice and continue pureeing until you reach desired consistency.
Servings: Makes 1 Shake / 2 Freestyle Smart Points
Notes: Add fat free Reddi Whip and a dash of cinnamon on top for no additional points.
