  1. In a food processor or blender add 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake Protein Powder or 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder, 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk or Carbmaster milk, 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin, dash pumpkin spice ( I use DAk’s Pumpkin Spice), dash of cinnamon ,1/2 tsp sugar free caramel syrup ( I use Torani salted caramel).
  2. Blend at medium high speed and puree until smooth – about 40 seconds.
  3. Add ice and continue pureeing until you reach desired consistency.

Notes

Add 3 Tbsp fat free Reddi Whip and a dash of cinnamon on top for no additional points.
