These easy slow cooker Queso Chicken Street Tacos are infused with Mexican flavor and ready to eat when you get home from a busy work day! These Queso street tacos are made with just a few simple ingredients and make for a crowd pleasing meal.

What ingredients do I need to make these Queso Chicken Street Tacos?

How do I make these Queso Chicken Street Tacos?

Season the chicken with taco seasoning.

Lay the boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Pour the 10-ounce can of diced tomatoes and chiles over the chicken.

Cook on high for 4 hours.

Once the chicken has finished cooking, use 2 forks to shred the chicken.

Pour the con queso over the top of the chicken.

Stir until well combined.

Serve warm in tortillas and garnish with your favorite taco toppings.

Such as: tomatoes, chopped cilantro, guacamole and/or sour cream.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

  • 1 1/2 cup Tostitos salsa con queso
  • 24 low carb street taco size flour tortillas
