Worms in Dirt Pudding Cups are a fun, no bake treat or dessert with only 4 ingredients-sugar free instant chocolate pudding, skim milk, cocoa crispy cereal, and Sweet Smart gummy worms!

Makes 4 ( 1/2 cup) servings 

What ingredients do I need to make these Sugar Free Worms in Dirt Pudding Cups?

  • Skim milk– this sets up the pudding. You could substitute it for 1 carton of Premier Protein shake. I do not recommend unsweetened almond or cashew milk-the instant pudding will not set up.
  • Sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix-used as the base for the pudding cups
  • 1/2 package sweet smart gummy worms– I love these smart sweet gummy worms.   • Kellogg’s Cocoa Rice Krispies Cereal or 4 Oreo thin cookies– If you use 1 crushed Oreo thin per cup the points would increase by 1 smartpoint per serving.

Directions:

  • Combine skim milk and chocolate instant pudding mix into a large bowl.
  • Whisk well until all of the pudding mix is dissolved.
  • Let stand 5 minutes then stir until well combined.
  • Place 1/2 cup pudding mixture into four dessert cups. 
  • Top with 1 Tbsp cocoa rice crispy cocoa cereal or 1 crushed Oreo thin ( would increase the points by 1 smartpoint).
  • Add 2-3 sweet smart gummy worms on top of cereal or crushed Oreo or have the worms hanging out of the cup.
  • Serve cold.
