There’s no need to restrict yourself from getting fast food when you find yourself in a time crunch or traveling in the car just because you’re on a wellness journey. This is a great guide to have on hand when you are planning a vacation or a family road trip and find yourself having to stop for fast food.
It’s easy to plan ahead by using the WW app, iTrackBites app or My Fitness Pal to search for fast food options that gives you the Smart Points values and/or calories of various menu items. Planning ahead and knowing the point values of the menu items will allow you to make good fast food choices.

I was wondering if by chance you could figure out how many points the breaded Chick fil A chicken sandwich would be if I took off the bun on the green plan. I get the Southwest grilled chicken salad at Chick fila ... No cheese. I just love this salad. I usually don't put the seeds and chruncies on it. I always estimate 2 points, green plan. I usually use OPA salad dressing.

I absolutely love the Grilled Chicken Southwest salad from McDonald's. I always ask for it without the cilantro lime dressing on the chicken and it reduces the points by 2. In my opinion it does not change the taste at all!
