How do I make these Yogurt Blueberry Clusters Dipped in Chocolate?

Start by washing your blueberries and drying them well using a clean paper towel.

TIP: Be sure the blueberries are completely dry before adding them to your bowl.

In a large mixing bowl combine yogurt and vanilla. Stir to combine.

Toss blueberries into the yogurt and mix until blueberries are fully coated in the yogurt.

Scoop your blueberries into 1/4 cup scoops and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the freezer for at least 25 minutes.

After the blueberries have hardened; in a separate small bowl, add your no sugar added chocolate chips and melt in two, 30-second increments in the microwave until it’s completely smooth.

Once your chocolate is melted, remove your tray of blueberries from the freezer.

Using a rubber spatula; coat each blueberry cluster with the melted chocolate.

The chocolate will form a shell on top.

Add a sprinkle of sea salt, if desired.

Enjoy!

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.

Recipe worked out really well! Be sure to get the chocolate all over the BB. I just put it over the top and most of the sides.when my fingers touched any BB not covered, it starts to melt A bit..not the choco, just the BB. It holds up and tastes good

Question: Can you use frozen blueberries, or must they be fresh blueberries? Thank you,

Hi Shelia

I recommend using fresh blueberries over frozen. However; if you do use frozen blueberries you’ll want to make sure they are thawed and patted dry before adding the yogurt otherwise the yogurt won’t stick to them!
