- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning ( I use Daks Italian Blast)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° degrees
- Combine flour and greek yogurt, garlic powder, and onion salt
- Sprinkle a little extra flour on the tabletop or whatever surface you plan on using to knead the dough. Place the dough ball on top, kneading it with your hands. If it sticks to your hands, sprinkle a little extra flour on it. Knead for 3-5 times, until it’s a pliable dough.
- Spray a pizza dough roller with non stick cooking and roll out dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet until dough is about 1/2 inch thick.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 6 strips. Spray the top of each dough strip with non-stick cooking spray or you brush the tops with egg wash to brown the tops.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.
- In a microwaveable bowl combine light butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Using a basting brush, brush tops of each breadstick with melted butter.

I love your recipes! I have a question – In the recipe you said to cut into 8 strips but the recipe is for 6 bread sticks. I was a little bit confused by that. Thank you!
Ohh thank you for catching that. It makes up to 8 but if you want to make the bigger, it comes out to the same amount of points either way. I’ll update that. Thanks again

These meatballs are so good. My family loves them…kids included. They’ve become my “go to” turkey meatball recipe. I’ve made them quite a few times and finally decided I should say thank you for a good recipe. Thank you
