What is Mongolian Beef?
Mongolian Beef is a popular Asian dish made with thinly sliced beef cooked in a delicious sweet and savory sauce made with of soy, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. The combination of the brown sugar and soy sauce caramelizes to make a slightly sweet and savory sauce! This recipe is made using lean ground beef instead of the traditional thinly sliced beef that you find at most Asian restaurants.
