How do I make these Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chops?

First you will marinate the pork chops by combining the marinade ingredients into a large bowl or large zip-lock plastic bag. Add pork chops, cover bowl or seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours.

The apple cider marinade infuses flavor and tenderizes the pork chops! BE SURE TO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!

When ready to cook; spray a medium nonstick skillet with non stick cooking spray.

Sauté pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown along the edges.

Discard the remaining marinade.

Remove the pork chops from pan and keep warm on a plate.

Stir together apple cider, mustard, apple cider vinegar, cornstarch, and brown sugar or sweetener into a small bowl and whisk until well combined.

Add apple cider mixture into the same heated skillet.

Simmer, uncovered for 1 minute.

Continue stirring and scrape the bottom of the pan, removing any brown bits

Simmer for another 5 -8 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.

Place the pork chops back into the pan.

Toss the chops in sauce to coat.

Simmer for an additional 2-5 minutes.
