Buffalo Chicken Folded Wrap

This Buffalo Chicken Folded Wrap is made with Greek yogurt, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and packed with delicious fixings; light cream cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese-folded up using the latest TikTok tortilla wrap hack!

I’ve been on a buffalo chicken “kick” lately and decided I need to make a Buffalo Chicken Wrap using the latest TikTok tortilla wrap hack! Have you seen this? Now- I’m not usually one to jump on the bandwagon of  “trends” but this folded wrap that’s going around Instagram and TikTok is genius!  

Grab a low point tortilla and your favorite ingredients- cut a slit up the middle of tortilla, divide up your fillings between the four quarters of the tortillas or wrap, and then fold it all together into a triangle. Use a panini press, an air fryer, or cook it up in a skillet to make it nice and toasty.

Servings: Makes 1 wrap 

GREEN: 5 smartpoints per wrap

This TikTok tortilla wrap hack has endless possibilities…here are a few of my favorite combinations:

  • scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, and spinach 
  • ham, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, and arugula
  • turkey, bacon, avocado, light mayo, and pepper jack cheese
  • scrambled eggs, spinach, laughing cow cheese wedge, sausage
  • peanut butter, sugar free jelly or Nutella, diced bananas
  • sugar free chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, strawberries, sugar free chocolate sauce 
  • hash browns, sausage, eggs, reduced fat cheese, and hot sauce 
  • steak strips, onions, provolone, peppers, light chipotle mayo
  • taco lean ground truly or beef meat, cheese, refried or black beans, and salsa
  • rotisserie chicken, green chilies, laughing cow cheese wedge, spinach 
  • tuna fish mixed with light mayo, reduced fat cheese, celery/onions, bacon 
  • rotisserie chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard 
  • shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, avocado, or fat free sour cream
  • ground lean beef or turkey, reduced fat cheddar cheese, diced pickles, lettuce, Skinny Big Mac Sauce

 

How do I make this Buffalo Chicken Folded Wrap?

In a small mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, non fat plain Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, parsley, and dill weed. Start with 1 Tbsp of non fat plain yogurt and then add more , if desired. 

To assemble wrap, cut a slit up the middle of tortilla to the edge.

Spread the chicken mixture in the bottom left corner, then add crumbled bacon on the top left corner.

Spread one laughing cow cheese wedge or low fat cream cheese and green onions on the top right corner, and 2 Tbsp shredded cheese on the bottom right corner.

Fold the buffalo chicken over the crumbled bacon

 Then, working clock-wise, folding that quarter over the laughing cow cheese wedge and green onions.

Then, fold that quarter over the shredded cheese.

Spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray. Heat wrap and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crisp and golden brown.

Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce, jalapeños peppers, skinny ranch, and/ or shredded lettuce.

 

Buffalo Chicken Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cooked boneless, skinless shredded chicken, rotisserie chicken, or canned chicken breast. 
  • 1-2 Tbsp non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Buffalo sauceany buffalo sauce will work but I love Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce.
  • 1/8 tsp dried parsley 
  • Pinch of dried dill weed, optional 

Wrap Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, non fat plain Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, parsley, and dill weed. Start with 1 Tbsp of non fat plain Greek yogurt and add another tablespoon, if desired.

Buffalo Chicken Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cooked boneless, skinless shredded chicken breast, rotisserie chicken, or canned chicken breast -drained
  • 1-2 Tbsp non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Franks buffalo sauce 
  • 1/8 tsp dried parsley 
  • Pinch of dried dill weed, optional    

Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-inch)one point tortillas- I love Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber | Flour Tortilla Wraps or Tumaro wraps 
  • 1 laughing cow cheese, any flavor or 1 Tbsp light cream cheese
  • green onions, thinly sliced or chopped
  • 2 slices of Hormel precooked bacon, crumbled or 2 Tbsp Hormel real bacon bits
  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat or fat free cheddar cheese

Instructions
