What makes this Easy Skinny Ranch Dressing so good?

I may have a slight addiction with ranch dressing. I love it on salads, veggies, and….dipping my pepperoni pizza made with two ingredient dough in it! But, the truth is..I hate using my daily points for the full fat regular ranch-but on the flip side I can’t handle the taste of fat free ranch. This Easy Skinny Ranch dressing is made with a combination of Kraft light mayo and non fat plain yogurt.  The Kraft light mayo adds creaminess and gives this dressing the flavor full fat ranch and then combining it with the non fat plain yogurt makes this dressing low in points.

I like to keep this homemade Easy Skinny Ranch Dressing on hand so that I can dip my veggies in it or drizzle it over the top of my side salad!

How do I make this Easy Skinny Ranch?

To make this Easy Skinny Ranch Dressing you will:

Whisk together the Kraft light mayo, non fat plain yogurt, and seasonings until well combined.

You can make the dressing to your desired consistency ( thin or thick) by adding more or less skim milk.

Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

This dressing can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup or 8 Tbsp kraft light mayo
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain or Greek yogurt -I use nonfat plain yogurt

I've been in WW since February. Was looking for a tasty low calorie ranch dressing that I could add a little blue cheese and eat with a wedge of iceberg, tomatoes, cucumber and onion. This dressing is perfect. I've been making it every week for about 2 months now. It is really delicious. I make the skim milk version and use leek powder instead of chives. Thank you for the recipe!!
