You’d never guess this pizza dough was made from nonfat Greek yogurt and self rising flour. This delicious pizza, will become a staple in your house…and it’s simple and easy to make with the whole family.

Servings: Makes 8 slices

GREEN: 2 Smart Points for 1 slice or 3 slices for 5 SmartPoints

BLUE: 1 SmartPoint for 1 slice or 3 slices for 4 SmartPoints

PURPLE: 1 SmartPoint for 1 slice or 3 slices for 4 SmartPoints

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ( I used Trader Joe’s)
  • 1/2 cup self rising flour ( I use Gold Medal)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce  (I use Great Value from Walmart)
  • 2 oz. light mozzarella cheese
  • 14 turkey pepperoni (I use Great Value from Walmart)
  • 1 tsp of grated parmesan
  • dash of pepper flakes
  • dash of Italian seasonings ( I use Dak’s Italian Blast)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour and Greek yogurt.
  2. Sprinkle a little extra flour on the tabletop or whatever surface you plan on using to knead the dough.
  3. Place the dough ball on top, kneading it with your hands. If it sticks to your hands, sprinkle a little extra flour on it. Knead for about 3-4 times, until it’s a pliable dough.
  4. Spread the dough out on a parchment-lined cookie sheet to roll dough.
  5. Spray your Pizza Roller with non stick cooking, to keep the dough from sticking. Roll until it’s about 1/4″ thick, and cover with marinara and add a dash of pepper flakes( it’s life changing).
  6. Add cheese, and the toppings of your choice.
  7. Top with 1 tsp. grated parmesan cheese on top. Try it, you won’t regret it.
Cook in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust has puffed up and is lightly golden and all of the cheese has melted.

I’m confused. I get 9 points for the dough alone in WW recipe builder.

If you use the gold medal brand of self rising flour it is 5 Freestyle Smart Points for 1/2 cup and the non fat greek yogurt is 0 freestyle smart points. The turkey pepperoni is 1 fsp, 2 oz. lite mozzerella cheese is 2 fsp. and 1/4 cup pizza sauce is 1 fsp.

Thanks for your help, I was lazy and didn’t scan the brand of flour I’m using, I just used what popped up in the WW app. I’m in Australia, so gold medal is a no-go. I’ll check brands here. It was definitely easier to do WW when I lived in the States. There’s hardly any low carb anything here!

Would you say this is like a personal size pizza or enough for 2 people?

            Hi Jen,

It makes about a 9inch pizza-or about 8-9 slices. Perfect for two people.

Hi there I ended up buying Classico signature recipes pizza sauce traditional and got 2 points. Is the sauce you get low fat?

          Hi,

I usually use great value pizza sauce which is only 25 calories for 1/4 cup or 1 freestyle smart point.

          Hi Michelle,

The pizza is 9 points if you use the same ingredients for the toppings as well as the Gold Medal self rising flour.

          Thank you!

Hi. I’m on WW for a while and want to try the pizza. I could find the gold medal flour so I purchased presto flour. Is that ok?

      Hi-
I haven’t ever tried that brand before. However, any brand of self rising flour works for this recipe. The brands can differ in points-therefore just be sure to check the points using the ww app-since it may vary from the brand I use. Gold Medal is 5 smart point per 1/2 cup and most other brands are 6 per 1/2 cup. Thank you so much!

What a find! My mom and I were over 9 points and it was still worth it! Amazing!!! Thank you. Thank you. We are wondering what lite cheese brand you use though for future reference.

      Hi Erin,

So great to hear it was a hit! I use Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella. It’s 1 point per ounce. I know Costco sells a lite mozzarella as well that is similar.

      Thanks so much,
      Linds
