This was great! 4 out of 5 in my family loved it; so I will totally be making this again. (The one that didn’t hardly eats anything, so she doesn’t really count.)
This was so quick and easy. My whole family devoured it. It will definitely be going into the dinner rotation! Hard to believe it’s only 4 points!
Oh, that’s so awesome!! Thank you for the great review! I’m happy to hear your family loved it too!
This is so dang good! Made tonight and hubs was suspicious of it but he really likes it. Serve with a side of spaghetti, perfect. I left the cheese off to save some points and I think was fine, it was very creamy.
Soo soo good! Doesn’t feel like this is is low point at all, aka the best type of dinner!
This was good. I served this over some steamed brocc. Yummy!

exicted to try this! – do u cook the chicken at all first before putting it in the oven? thanks!
Yes, you will want to use cooked shredded chicken.
This is one of THE BEST recipes that I have blindly tried! Thank you!!
Hi Carol,
That is so wonderful to hear! I’m so happy you gave it a try and love it!
Thanks for the awesome review!

This is one of my favorites. It freezes well too. I add broccoli and mushrooms. I have also put the cheese on top and left out the panko crumbs and butter for less points.
Will frozen broccoli work?
Hi Tammy,
Yes, I would thaw the frozen broccoli- so the casserole doesn’t get too runny from the added frozen water.
Thank you so much
This looks like a perfect weekday meal. Thanks 🙂
Yummmmmm!!! Made this for dinner tonight. Quick, easy, healthy, tasty!! Thank you… definitely making again and sharing this one!
Wondering if anyone has made ahead of time and frozen it? Would you then thaw and bake?
Thanks
Can you use fresh broccoli? Would I steam it first or add it raw?
Yes, fresh broccoli would work great. It should cook well with the casserole-I don’t think you’ll need to steam it prior to adding it.
Thanks
Oh my gosh! I don’t know how your recipes get yummier and yummier! This one feels so indulgent and comforting.
