You know what’s better than cannoli? Cannoli dip.

If you’re not familiar, cannoli are Italian pastries consisting of tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling usually containing ricotta—a staple of Sicilian cuisine. You can find them in most bakeries or ordered from restaurants as an appetizer or dessert. They’re so good that people literally line up for them!

But now you can have your cake and eat it too (or rather, dip it) with this easy recipe for Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip. It tastes just like a cannoli in a dip form! It’s been lightened up using fat-free or light ricotta cheese, light cool whip, monk-fruit powdered sugar sweetener, and vanilla. Easy to make and ridiculously delicious!

What sweetener do you recommend using for this Easy Lightened Up Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip?

The sweetener that I love and use is Lakanto Monkfuit Powdered Sugar Sweetener. It’s zero calories and zero PersonalPoints.

Lakanto monks-fruit sweetener contains zero net carbs, zero calories, and is zero glycemic; Perfect for baking cookies, cakes, and other sweet, sugar-free treats.

Lakanto MonkFruit Sweetener is a zero glycemic, zero calorie and all natural sugar substitute. It is by far the best tasting sugar alternative and has zero aftertaste or gritty texture like some of the sugar alternatives have.

Lakanto Monkfuit sweeteners have a 1:1 ratio to regular powdered sugar-therefore, if you use a different brand of sweetener you’ll want to use the conversion for regular powdered sugar.
