Have you ever had that craving for noodles? Tell me about it! It’s one of the most common cravings and one that can be hard to satisfy. Well, I’ve got a solution for you: These Easy Lightened Up Hibachi Noodles.

These hibachi-inspired noodles are sautéed in lightened-up butter, garlic, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce and can be served along with your favorite protein and veggies. It’s perfect for the whole family because it uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. This dish can also be served with your favorite protein and veggies for a complete meal.

What ingredients do I need to make these Easy Lightened Up Hibachi Noodles?

  • Spaghetti, gluten-free spaghetti noodles, or whole grain spaghetti-cooked al dente. I like to use Barilla Plus spaghetti or whole grain spaghetti, if you have whole grain pasta as a zero point food.
  • Light butter- I like to use Land O’ Lakes made with canola oil, I can’t believe it’s not butter or smart balance.
  • Garlic-minced. Fresh is always best. I use about three large garlic cloves, minced.
  • Zero point brown or white sweetener – I like to use Lakanto Monkfruit Brown. You can find it online HERE. Save 15% with promo code: POUND15
  • Reduced sodium soy sauce.
  • Sugar free teriyaki sauce- I like to use G. Hughes sugar free teriyaki sauce. You can find it at your local Walmart store or HERE on Amazon.
  • Toasted sesame seeds– for garnish
  • Green scallions– for garnish
  • Salt and pepper-to taste

What other ingredients can I use in these Easy Lightened Up Hibachi Noodles?

  • Chicken– cooked and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Shrimp– sautéed.
  • Beef- cooked and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Tofu– sautéed.
  • Steamed veggies such as– broccoli, water chestnuts, cauliflower, sliced carrots, edamame, red bell peppers, zucchini, celery, bean sprouts, and/or green peas.

What kind of noodles can I use for these Easy Lightened Up Hibachi Noodles?

Hibachi noodles are traditionally made with yakisoba noodles. This is a long, flat noodle made of wheat flour. I like to use smart balance spaghetti noodles for these, since I keep them on hand. You could use any rice, whole grain, or gluten free noodles you love.

I like to use Barilla Plus spaghetti or whole grain spaghetti, if you have whole grain pasta as a zero point food. You can use gluten-free spaghetti, for a gluten-free option or substitute the spaghetti noodles for one of these:

  • Yakisoba noodles– Simply Asia Chinese Style Lo Mein Noodles. You can find these HERE on Amazon.
  • Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm Pasta Spaghetti Noodles-These are low carb noodles made with Hearts of Palm and have only 70 calories per serving. You can find it HERE on Amazon.

Another amazingly awesome treat from you Linds.

I waited all day to make these delicious noodles, and they didn't disappoint. I did them completely in my Instantpot, and served them with flank steak bites and broccoli.

My tummy is happy dancing, and this is going into my favorites rotation.

Thank you for always taking care of us, deliciously
