Hi,
I was wondering if I can substitute the Jif Whips creamy peanut butter by PB2?
If so, should I try too wisk it to make it fluffy?
Thank’s for your wonderfull recipies and advices,
Myriam
I am not sure how well the PB2 will be able to stick to the cake mix but you are more than welcome to give a try. If you had enough water to help make it a like a butter consistency that should work.
Thank you so much
Instead of using the regular peanut butter, how would powdered peanut butter effect the recipe? Just wondering if it would lower the points in the recipe….
I am not sure the powdered peanut butter will be sticky enough to make the crumble. You can try it and see if works. Thanks
Can Sukrin Gold be found only by ordering on-line or is there a “brick and mortar” building I can purchase the product?
You can find it at Whole Foods or Sprouts as well. Thanks
When I put all the ingredients in, it comes up as 5 points. Are you doing something differently? I followed everything the same. Thanks!
They come out to 4 Freestyle Smart Points each if you make 18 servings according to the WW app. Thanks
I made these for Thanksgiving and they were such a hit for all (point counters or not!) I will definitely be making them again! Thanks for the great recipe!!
oh that is so great to hear! Thank you for sharing your awesome review!
Hi Linds, this was terrific!
I’m a chocoholic, so I substituted the devil’s food SF cake mix for the yellow, and used TruNut powdered PB (reconstituted with water), and it came out just fine. I may also try it with the SF brownie mix next time.
Thanks so much for the recipe!
Gaby
Hey Gaby! That is so awesome to hear to that it turned out great with the powdered PB. I have a had a few others ask about that and I wasn’t quite sure! So thank you for your feedback! You’re very welcome! enjoy!!
