What ingredients do I need to make these Easy TikTok Blended Baked Oats?
- Oats – you can use old fashioned rolled or quick oats, both work for this recipe. Note: Steel cut oats will NOT work for this recipe. The texture will not be on key if you were to use these.
- Milk – any milk works. You can use skim, oat, unsweetened coconut or almond milk. I like to use unsweetened almond milk. If you use any milk other than unsweetened coconut or almond milk the point value may vary.
- Banana-very ripe. The more ripe the banana is the sweeter the oats will be. You can use 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or pumpkin puree as a substitute. Keep in mind the banana gives these oats a natural sweetness that you just don’t get with unsweetened applesauce or pumpkin purée.
- Baking powder to help make them rise and gives it a nice fluffy texture. These baked oats taste just like having a delicious cake for breakfast.
- Ground cinnamon-for taste.
- Pure vanilla extract-for taste.
- Salt- for taste.
- Sweetener – you use your favorite sweetener or sugar free syrup. You could also use honey, regular sugar, or pure maple syrup; for additional points. I like to use Lakanto Monkfruit Baking Sweetener.
- Sugar free Chocolate chips – optional, but highly recommended! I love using ChocZero no sugar added milk chocolate chips or Lily’s no sugar added chocolate chips. You can have up to 7 chips for zero points! If you waned to add more-go for it-keep in mind the points will vary!
- Unsweetened cocoa powder-optional, if making a chocolate one. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers! The point value is the same if you use just 1 Tbsp.
Optional Toppings:
- Toasted or unsweetened coconut
- Chopped pecans
- Sugar free caramel sauce- I like to use Smucker’s sugar free caramel sauce. It’s 1 smartpoint for 1 tablespoon.
- Sugar free chocolate sauce- I like to use Hershey’s sugar free chocolate sauce.
- Fat free cool whip
- Berries: top with of your favorite berries such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
- Sugar Free Jelly- top the batter with your favorite sugar free jelly such as Strawberry, Apricot, or Red Raspberry.
- Drizzled peanut butter- you can use a low point peanut butter such as Better N’ Peanut Butter or Peanut Butter Powdered mixed with water.
Can I make these in advance?
You bet! I love having these oats all prepped. You can prep the dry ingredients in zip lock bags. When ready to make, just add the dry ingredients with wet ingredients in the blender or food processor. You can also bake the blended oats in advance and store covered in the fridge until ready to reheat.

Yes. You can always double, triple, or quadruple the recipe for more servings. Cover the leftover oats and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
