Only 4 ingredients to make the perfect side dish; carrots, light butter, brown sugar substitute and ranch dressing dry mix.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds fresh baby carrots
- 2 Tbsp Land o’ Lakes light butter made with canola oil
- 2 Tbsp zero point brown sugar substitute ( Sukrin Gold or Lakanto Monkfruit Golden Sweetener)
- 1 envelope or (1 oz) ranch dressing dry mix
Directions:
- Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil Reduce heat. Cover; cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Drain water and set aside.
- In the same saucepan, combine, the light butter brown sugar substitute and ranch dressing dry mix. Stir until blended. Add carrots.
- Cook and stir for an additional 5 minutes.

Yes! These are a perfect dish to make ahead a time! Keep them in the refrigerator and reheat in oven or microwave.
