How do I make these Heart Shaped Chocolate Dipped Strawberries?

Wash strawberries and allow them to dry completely on paper towels.

Tip: Be sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping them into the chocolate-otherwise the melted chocolate will not stick to the strawberry.

Using a small, sharp knife, in a circular motion, carve out the stem of the strawberry. At the top center of each of berry half, cut a small V-shape.

Insert a wooden stick, a lollipop stick, or skewer) at the bottom of the heart shape. Place no sugar added chocolate chips into a small microwaveable bowl.

Microwave chocolate chips for 20 seconds and then remove from microwave and stir. Cook for an additional 10 seconds or until chocolate is completely melted.

Dip the top of each strawberry into the melted chocolate; allow excess to drip back into bowl. Place on parchment paper for about 20 minutes or until chocolate is firm or until ready to serve.

Store strawberries in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
