These S’mores Cupcakes are the bomb! They are low in points, packed with protein and topped with a vanilla frosting!
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops or 2 sample packets Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Pillsbury sugar free vanilla frosting
- 15 grams Hershey’s s’mores bites ( I find these at my local Walmart next to the chocolate chips)
- Dash of cinnamon

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl combine protein powder, baking powder.
- Using a wire whisk, mix in egg, unsweetened applesauce, extract and water until well blended.
- Place 6 cupcake liners into a muffin tin. Pour batter into each liner (about 1/2 full).
- Cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow them to cool for 5-10 min.
- Melt (to thin it out) 2 Tbsp sugar free frosting and spoon frosting evenly on cooled cupcakes.
- Add 2.5 grams of s’mores bites onto each cupcake. Sprinkle cinnamon over the tops of the cupcakes.
Servings: Makes 6 regular size cupcakes/ 2 Freestyle smart points each
