PURPLE: 1 SmartPoint for 1 slice or 3 slices for 4 SmartPoints
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ( I used Trader Joe’s)
- 1/2 cup self rising flour ( I use Gold Medal)
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (I use Great Value from Walmart)
- 2 oz. light mozzarella cheese
- 14 turkey pepperoni (I use Great Value from Walmart)
- 1 tsp of grated parmesan
- dash of pepper flakes
- dash of Italian seasonings ( I use Dak’s Italian Blast)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour and Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle a little extra flour on the tabletop or whatever surface you plan on using to knead the dough.
- Place the dough ball on top, kneading it with your hands. If it sticks to your hands, sprinkle a little extra flour on it. Knead for about 3-4 times, until it’s a pliable dough.
- Spread the dough out on a parchment-lined cookie sheet to roll dough.
- Spray your Pizza Roller with non stick cooking, to keep the dough from sticking. Roll until it’s about 1/4″ thick, and cover with marinara and add a dash of pepper flakes( it’s life changing).
- Add cheese, and the toppings of your choice.
- Top with 1 tsp. grated parmesan cheese on top. Try it, you won’t regret it.
Cook in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust has puffed up and is lightly golden and all of the cheese has melted.

Hi Erin,
So great to hear it was a hit! I use Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella. It’s 1 point per ounce. I know Costco sells a lite mozzarella as well that is similar.
Thanks so much, Linds
