This Weight Watchers Egg Nog Dip is light, fluffy, and an absolute winner! Enjoy it as a dip, as a topping, or right out of the bowl...I can assure you-it will be a family favorite! via @pounddropper

This Weight Watchers Egg Nog Dip is light, fluffy, and an absolute winner! Enjoy it as a dip, as a topping, or right out of the bowl…I can assure you-it will be a family favorite!

Makes 8 (1/3 cup)servings

GREEN/BLUE/PURPLE: 3 Smartpoints per serving

What ingredients do I need to make this Weight Watchers Egg Nog Dip?

  • Light cream cheese– softened at room temperature. I like to use Kroger whipped Greek cream cheese spread.
  • Sugar free vanilla instant pudding– you can the sugar free vanilla or cheesecake instant pudding mix. You can find it HERE on Amazon or at your local grocery store. If you wanted you could substitute the sugar free pudding for regular instant vanilla Jell-o and the point value would be 5 smartpoints per serving.
  • Almond milk egg nog– cold. I use the Almond Breeze almond milk egg nog.  That’s right they sell almond egg nog that is lower in fat, calories, and points than regular egg nog and tastes just like the real deal!
  • Sugar free cool whipped topping-thawed
  • Nutmeg-gives the dip a nice flavor
  • Sprinkles- because let’s be real-sprinkles make everything better!

What can I serve this dip with?

  • Sliced apples
  • Sliced bananas
  • Pretzels
  • Animal crackers
  • Graham crackers
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Gingerbread cookies
  • Teddy grahams
  • Anise Reko Pizzelles– These ones HERE are only 1 Smart-point per cookie or 5 Smart-points for 6. They are perfect for dipping or you can 2 Tbsp of fluff between two cookies for 2 smart-points. They are available in many different flavors.

The Egg Nog Dip ooks wonderful and would be a great hit with the family. One question, is there an alternative to the Almond Breeze Nog? I haven’t seen it in our area.

      Hi Beth,

      Thanks for your comment.

Diamond Breeze also sells a almond milk egg nog. Try looking for that brand.

      Thank you

I never could find any Almond Milk EggNog. So I did make it with regular eggnog and it was a hit. I used the teddy grahams, but also used it with a cut up apple as a snack.
