you recipe says 2 12oz cans of chicken or 10 oz of chicken breast. Should that be 20 oz of total chicken?

Hi Jen

The 10 oz. of skinless boneless chicken breasts would be the same equivalent point value for 2 ( 12.5 ) oz. of canned chicken if you are on the green plan. If you are following the blue and purple plan you may use up to 25 oz. of cooked skinless breast since it is zero points on both of these plans. I know that can be quite confusing.
