What ingredients do I need to make this One Pot Easy Lasagna Skillet?

  • Lean ground beef– I love using 96% lean ground beef. You could substitute the lean ground beef for ground turkey or chicken, if you desire.
  • Uncooked “no yolk” egg noodles or whole wheat egg noodles– if you have whole grain pasta as a zero point food, you can use whole wheat egg noodles for zero points.
  • No sugar added Prego Italian Sauce or you can save 2 SmartPoints per serving if you replace it with my  Zero Point Marinara Sauce
  • Fat free ricotta cheese- I find the fat free ricotta at my local Walmart store. If you can’t locate the fat free ricotta cheese-you can use part-skim ricotta cheese, for additional points.
  • Light shredded mozzarella cheese- I like to use Pantry Market light mozzarella from Target
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Minced onion
  • Dried parsley
