Air Fried Chicken Philly Cheese Egg Rolls

These Air Fried Chicken Philly Cheese Egg Rolls are easy to make and super delicious!

 Makes 8 egg rolls

What ingredients do I need to make these Air Fried Chicken Philly Cheese Egg Rolls?

  • Egg rolls wrappers
  • Canned shredded chicken or 1 1/2 cup cooked rotisserie chicken
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Onion, diced
  • Small green pepper, diced
  • Reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature

How do I make  these Air Fried Chicken Philly Cheese Egg Rolls?

For these Chicken Philly Cheese Egg Rolls I use Kirkland canned chicken breast. I get it at my local Costco store.

Rotisserie chicken or cooked shredded, skinless, boneless chicken breast would work just as well.

I use Nasoya egg wraps that can be found at most grocery stores usually in the produce department next to the package salads and salad dressings.

Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray.

Cook diced onion and green pepper over medium heat and continue cooking until the onion is clear and tender.

In a large mixing bow combine, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cooked chicken.

Mix until cream cheese is combined with chicken. Add onion and peppers and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Lay one egg roll wrapper out with a corner pointing towards you.

Place about 2 Tbsp in the center of each wrapper.

Bring the corner that is closest to you up and over and gently tuck it in.

Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a small amount of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

Repeat for all 8 wrappers.

Place egg rolls in air fryer. I recommend and love the Simple Living XXL 5.8QT Digital Air Fryer.

You can find it on Amazon HERE and it come with 3 Accessories & Heat Preservation Function.

Cook at 390 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the egg roll wrappers are golden brown.

These egg rolls can cooked/baked in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. I recommend brushing a little egg wash ( 1 egg beaten with 1 tsp water) over the tops before cooking. This will help make them nice and golden brown.

Hi! We made these tonight and they were delicious! Question though—when I put in WW app based on nutrition values, it comes back as 7 points a serving vs. 3. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Amanda,

Glad to hear you enjoyed them. The points are only from egg wrappers (12 points) 1/3 less fat cream cheese (12 points and the sauce. The other ingredients are 0 points. So...25 points divided by 8 servings is 3 points a piece. Hope that helps!

Just got our air fryer and are trying out lots of recipes. These look great! Are the egg roll wrappers gluten free? Any suggestions for a gluten free option if they aren't so our son can enjoy them?
