This is the Best Lightened Up Chip and Veggie Dip! It’s Dilly, Creamy, and Delicious! Pair it with chips or cut-up veggies! Requires only 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make!

What ingredients do I need to make this Best Lightened Up Chip and Veggie Dip?

  • Garlic and herb laughing cow cheese wedges, softened (leave out at room temperature for 30 minutes). You can find these cheese wedges at most grocery stores in the deli or near the cream cheese.
  • Dry ranch dressing mix or Hidden Valley Creamy Dill Ranch mix I love to use the creamy dill ranch
  • Light or fat free sour cream- I use light sour cream
  • Non fat plain Greek yogurt

What can I serve with this Best Lightened Up Chip and Veggie Dip?

  • Chives, for garnish
  • Carrots
  • Cucumbers, sliced. I like to use English cucumbers.
  • Mini red, yellow, orange, peppers
  • Bell Peppers, sliced
  • Celery
  • Snap peas
  • Broccoli florets
  • Cauliflower
  • Radishes, chopped
  • Baked lays potato chips
  • Good thins

How do I make this Best Lightened Up Chip and Veggie Dip?

 Leave the laughing cow cheese wedges out at room temperature for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together softened laughing cow cheese wedges, dry seasoning mix, light sour cream, and non fat plain Greek yogurt.

Mix until well combined.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Serve with your favorite veggies

or low point chips or crackers!

Store leftover dip in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

Hi - you cannot possibly mean ONE oz. of the dry dressing mix?? One package is .4 oz. I made mistake of putting that whole envelope into the mix. I was able to salvage this by adding almond milk but please clarify what amount of dip mix to add. Maybe 1/2 the package would be good. The dip is AMAZING as are all of your recipes . . . just think the dip amount is way off.
