So you cook the cauliflower in a dry skillet, no spray or oil?

    Lindsay Kehl

    Thursday 22nd of August 2019

    Hi Lisa,

I cook mine in a nonstick skillet-and the cauliflower has enough moisture so it won’t stick-but if you wanted-you can spray you pan with some non stick cooking spray. It doesn’t need oil.

    Thanks so much,

    Bambi Osgood

    Sunday 7th of June 2020

Yes, thaw first, pat dry before adding to skillet to help prevent sogginess

    Hi Keri,

Yes, you’ll want to thaw it out completely and pat dry with some paper towels since the frozen cauliflower tends to carry a lot more water.
