This Easy Breakfast Bagel Sandwich can be made with a varieties of bagels, veggies, meats, and cheeses. This is what I use when making these Easy Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches:

For the bagels you can use the two ingredient dough bagels, bagel thins, or I love the alternative or perfect 10 Western Bagels.  The Western Bagel bagels are regular size bagels, that taste just like a regular bagel, packed with protein and fiber, and are low in points….I’m telling you…there’s nothing else like these on the market.

Do these bagel sandwiches freeze well? Can these be made in advance?

Yes! These Easy Bagel Sandwiches can stay in the freezer for those busy mornings when you don’t have time to cook or before you head out the door.  To re-heat; remove sandwich from freezer and unwrap. Wrap a paper towel around the sandwich and microwave for about 45-50 seconds on high. Turn over and microwave for another 15 seconds until heated through.

Note: Microwave ovens temperatures can vary, so it may take less or more time.
