This brownie sundae recipe is very simple and only requires 6 ingredients:

  • 70 calorie Fiber One Brownies ( 2 Freestyle Smart Points per brownie)
  • 1 ( 1.4 oz) package Jell-O sugar free chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups Premier Protein ( 1.5 cartons)
  • Smucker’s sugar free caramel sauce
  • Fat free reddi whip

These Easy Low Point Brownie Sundaes are so easy to make. All you need to do is pick up the ingredients at your local store and you’ll have a brownie sundae in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl combine 2 cups of Premier Protein ready to drink shakes (about 1.5 containers) with one box (1.4 oz) Jell-O sugar free chocolate pudding mix. Whisk until well combined.  (I recommend using refrigerated premier protein shakes- cold protein shakes makes mixing and setting much easier.)

To assemble:

  1. Break up one 70 calories brownie into small chunks and place at the bottom of a dessert cup.
  2. Scoop 1/4 cup chocolate protein pudding on top of brownie in each glass.
  3. Top with 4 Tbsp fat free reddi whip.
  4. Drizzle 2 tsp sugar free caramel sauce over the top of the Reddi Whip (per sundae).
  5. Repeat steps for the remaining 5 servings, if desired.

ENJOY!!!

Notes:

  1. Protein Pudding will make enough for all 6 servings. If you plan on making just one sundae, store the remaining pudding in an air tight container in the fridge. It will last 5-7 days.
  2. If making one low point brownie sundae recipe you will add: one 70 calorie Fiber One brownie, 1/4 cup chocolate protein, 4 Tbsp Fat free red whip, 2 tsp sugar free caramel sauce= 4 points per sundae

Servings:  Makes 6 sundaes

GREEN: 4 SmartPoints per sundae

BLUE: 4 SmartPoints per sundae

PURPLE: 4 SmartPoints per sundae

I made this yummy dessert, but only put 2 tablespoons of whipped topping on each of the 6 cups. I also only put 1 teaspoon of the caramel topping on each dessert. Were the amounts of ingredients for all 6 desserts or just one dessert? Love using a lot of your recipes!

Hi Bernadette,

The 4 points per sundae includes: one 70 calorie Fiber One brownie, 1/4 cup chocolate protein, 4 Tbsp Fat free red whip, 2 tsp sugar free caramel sauce.

It would be the same points for 2 Tbsp fat free Reddi Whip and 1 tsp sugar free caramel sauce. Hope that helps

Thank you for the sweet support!
