Skinny Peanut Butter Chocolate Trifle

This Skinny Peanut Butter Chocolate Trifle is insanely delicious-filled with chocolate brownies, a smooth and creamy peanut butter cool whip layer, a chocolate fudge pudding layer, and topped with mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! This will be the hit at your next gathering!

To make this Skinny Peanut Butter Chocolate Trifle you will:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine fat free cool whip and peanut butter into a small mixing bowl 

and stir until peanut butter is well combined and smooth; set aside.

In a large mixing bowl combine brownie mix, peanut butter powder, 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce, 3 Tbsp water, and egg.

Whisk until smooth.

Spray a 9×13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour brownie batter into prepared dish.  

Cook brownies for 20-22 minutes. Remove from oven

Using a knife, cut cooled brownies into bite size pieces.

In a small mixing bowl combine, chocolate pudding, and 2 cups skim milk. Whisk until pudding sets up.

In a large trifle glass, layer brownies, pudding, and cool whip mixture.

Top with halved mini peanut butter cups.

Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve!

  • 1 box sugar free Pillsbury Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder ( I use PBfit All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder) 
  • 1 ( 1.4 oz.) box sugar free chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 8 oz. fat free or sugar free cool whip
  • 3 Tbsp Better'n Peanut Butter Peanut Butter 
  • 25 REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups Minis
  • Sugar free chocolate syrup, optional

Made this for a get together with friends. We are all trying to loose weight so this was the perfect dessert. It’s so delicious and decadent that you will swear it’s full fat. Thankfully it’s low calorie and amazing!
