It’s game day, and you know what that means: snacks.

But not just any old snacks. We’re talking about the snacks that are going to make you the most popular person in your living room. You know the kind—the kind that are so dang easy to make with just a few simple ingredients, and yet so delicious that everyone will be fighting over who gets to try them first.

These rolls are exactly those kinds of snacks. They’re made with reduced fat crescent rolls filled with gooey reduced fat mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni.

And trust me: once these rolls hit your mouth, they’ll be gone in seconds. Guaranteed.

What ingredients do I need to make Easy Pizza Crescent Rolls?

  • Reduced fat crescent rolls- I like to use Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls.
  • Light Mozzarella sticks– halved. I like to use Kraft reduced fat mozzarella sticks.
  • Turkey pepperoni– I like to use Hormel or Great Value from Walmart.
  • Light butter– melted. I like to use ” I can’t believe it’s not butter” smart balance or Land O’ Lakes light butter made with canola oil.
  • Fresh parsley or dried parsley– I love using fresh parsley.
  • Garlic powder or minced garlic– for the best flavor, I like to use fresh minced garlic.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

What other ingredients can I add to these Easy Pizza Crescent Rolls?

You can build-your-own pizza roll using your favorite pizza toppings. Just about any pizza topping will go great in these Pizza Crescent Rolls (as long as they aren’t too full-otherwise you won’t be able to roll them). Here are just a few toppings or add-in’s that you could use:

  • Onions, chopped
  • Green peppers, chopped
  • Pineapple, chopped
  • Canadian bacon, chopped
  • Bacon, crumbled or chopped
  • Olives, sliced
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Turkey sausage, diced

How do I make these Easy Pizza Crescent Rolls?

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate crescent dough into triangles and place a halved mozzarella stick on the wider end of the triangle.

Top each triangle with three turkey pepperonis and roll it up.

Pinch the sides to seal.
Transfer crescents to the prepared baking sheet.

Be sure to seal every opening so the pepperoni or cheese are completely covered by dough -otherwise you’ll end up with gooey cheesy oozing out of the rolls.

In a small bowl combine melted butter, parsley, and minced garlic or garlic powder.

Stir to combine.

Using a basting brush, brush the tops of the crescents with melted butter mixture.

Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan.

Bake until the crescents are golden and the cheese has melted, about 12-14 minutes or cook in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes at 390 degrees.

Serve warm with my zero point marinara sauce.
