Celebrate with this Frozen Yogurt Bark with Fruit. It’s simple to make and refreshing for summer!

This requires only a few simple ingredients:

  • Nonfat plain or Greek yogurt– you can use either plain nonfat yogurt or nonfat Greek yogurt.  Both of these options are zero points on the BLUE and PURPLE myWW plan. If you wanted to switch things up you can use a flavored yogurt such as vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, coconut vanilla. That would change the point value per serving depending on the brand and flavor you use. 
  • Pure vanilla extract 
  • Fruit-you can use any fruit you like such as: bananas, kiwi,peaches, pineapples, mango, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, rhubarb, blackberries. Frozen or fresh-cut into bit size pieces 
  • Zero point white granulated sugar sweetener– this is optional.  It just adds a little more sweetness.
  • Sweetened coconut flakes– this is optional. It takes the bark to a whole new level of deliciousness! 
  • Additional toppings: Mini chocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries.

   This Frozen Yogurt Bark is super versatile. Feel free to add any of your favorite toppings such as:

  • Mini chocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips
  • Walnuts, macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews-chopped
  • Dried fruit
  • Sugar-free preserves-swirled into the yogurt 
  • Low Point Granola 

How do I make this this Frozen Yogurt Bark with Fruit?

In a large mixing bowl combine yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar sweetener together. Stir until well combined.

Fold in 1/2 of the fruit pieces.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top. 

Spread evenly to approx 1/2 inch thick.

Sprinkle the top with remaining fruit pieces, coconut flakes, and any other desired toppings.  

Place in the freezer for 3 hours or until it is completely frozen.

Remove from the freezer. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to break or cut into pieces. 

Leftovers can be stored in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract 
  • 3 cups fruit or berries, cut into bit size pieces 
  • 1 Tbsp white granulated sugar sweetener- optional. (I use Lakanto Monkfruit Classic Sweetener)
  • 2 Tbsp sweetened coconut flakes-optional. (I use Kroger sweetened coconut flakes)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar sweetener together. Stir until well combined. Fold in 1 and 1/2 cups bite size fruit pieces.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top. Spread evenly to approx 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle the top with remaining fruit pieces, coconut flakes, and any other desired toppings.  
  4. Place in the freezer for 3 hours or until it is completely frozen.
  5. Remove from the freezer. Use a pizza cutter or your hands to break or cut into pieces. 
  6. Leftovers can be stored in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
