Celebrate the 4th of July with this Frozen Yogurt Bark with Fruit. It’s simple to make and refreshing for summer!

This requires only a few simple ingredients:

  • Nonfat plain or Greek yogurt– you can use either plain nonfat yogurt or nonfat Greek yogurt.  Both of these options are zero points on the BLUE and PURPLE myWW plan. If you wanted to switch things up you can use a flavored yogurt such as vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, coconut vanilla. That would change the point value per serving depending on the brand and flavor you use.
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Fruit-you can use any fruit you like such as: bananas, kiwi, peaches, pineapples, mango, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, rhubarb, blackberries. Frozen or fresh-cut into bit size pieces
  • Zero point white granulated sugar sweetener– this is optional.  It just adds a little more sweetness.
  • Sweetened coconut flakes– this is optional. It takes the bark to a whole new level of deliciousness!
  • Additional toppings: Mini chocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries.
