What ingredients do I need to make this Protein Frosted Lemonade (Copycat Chick fil-A)?
- Sugar free powdered lemonade– I use Great Value from Walmart.
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Fresh lemon juice

- Crushed ice
- Reddi Whip and lemon slice, for the garnish
How do I make this Protein Frosted Lemonade (Copycat Chick Fil-A)?
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with Reddi whipped cream. Enjoy!
What blender do you use?
You can use a full size blender or I like to use a personalized blender like THIS one when I’m making an individual smoothies and protein drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 individual packet of sugar free powdered lemonade mix- I use Great Value
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 scoop or serving of vanilla protein powder. I LOVE using Clean Simply Vanilla Protein Powder- you can find this protein powder HERE. Save 10% on your order with promo code: Pounddropper. A Premier Protein vanilla shake could also be used as a substitute for the protein powder-just omit the unsweetened almond milk, if you choose to use it.
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Garnish with 2 Tbs Reddi whipped cream and a lemon slice.
