This copycat Chick-fil-A Protein Frosted Lemonade is great healthier alternative to the mouth watering Frosted Lemonade from Chick- fila-A. It’s packed with 20 grams of protein, low in sugar, and is a refreshing treat for those warm summer days!

What’s more refreshing on a hot summer’s day than a cold, frosted lemonade? This high protein smoothie brings flavors of summertime to a frothy and sweet smoothie that you can enjoy all summer long!

What ingredients do I need to make this Protein Frosted Lemonade (Copycat Chick fil-A)?

  • Sugar free powdered lemonade– I use Great Value from Walmart.
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Vanilla protein powder– I LOVE using Clean Simply Vanilla Protein Powder- you can find this protein powder HERE. Save 10% on your order with promo code: Pounddropper. You could also use a Premier Protein vanilla shake, if desired and omit the unsweetened almond milk.
  • Crushed ice
  • Reddi Whip and lemon slice, for the garnish

How do I make this Protein Frosted Lemonade (Copycat Chick Fil-A)?

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with Reddi whipped cream. Enjoy! 

What blender do you use?

You can use a full size blender or I like to use a personalized blender like THIS one when I’m making an individual smoothies and protein drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 individual packet of sugar free powdered lemonade mix- I use Great Value 
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 scoop or serving of vanilla protein powder. I LOVE using Clean Simply Vanilla Protein Powder- you can find this protein powder HERE. Save 10% on your order with promo code: Pounddropper. A Premier Protein vanilla shake could also be used as a substitute for the protein powder-just omit the unsweetened almond milk, if you choose to use it.
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Garnish with 2 Tbs Reddi whipped cream and a lemon slice.

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with Reddi whipped cream. Enjoy!
