Makes 5 servings

Traditional caesar salad dressing is typically made with olive oil, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, mustard, garlic and pepper. This Skinny Caesar Dressing is infused with flavor and lightened up using non-fat plain Greek yogurt, light mayo, garlic, parmesan cheese, anchovy pasta, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. It’s a healthier alternative to traditional caesar salad!

Use this dressing on salads, wraps, sandwiches (like a chicken salad wrap), or as a dip for vegetables.

What ingredients do I need to make this Skinny Caesar Salad Dressing?

  • Light Kraft mayo – add creaminess
  • Non fat plain Greek yogurt-adds protein and gives the dressing a smooth creamy texture.
  • Garlic cloves- minced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese– for flavor
  • Anchovy paste– for that traditional caesar dressing flavor.
  • Worcestershire sauce – for flavor
  • Lemon juice– from 1/2 lemon
  • Dijon mustard– for flavor
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • Skim milk or unsweetened almond or cashew milk-use to thin out the dressing

Do I have to use anchovy paste in this dressing?

No, you DON’T have to use anchovy paste however adding just a teaspoon of anchovy paste along with Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard gives this dressing that traditionally caesar dressing flavor. Anchovies add a salty and umami flavor-which can also be mimicked with the combination of Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. So, if you love the anchovy flavor, but don’t want to use anchovy paste-just add a little more Worcestershire sauce.

What can I use this salad dressing for?

Drizzle it over salad, as a dip with veggies, as a spread for wraps or sandwiches.
