What can I eat this Skinny Tuna Salad with?

What is this Skinny Tuna Salad made with?

  • White albacore tuna in the can, in water ( not oil), drained – I use the Kirkland brand tuna fish from Costco. I have to admit it’s my favorite! It’s chunky and not runny like some tuns fish can be.  If you can’t locate Kirkland tuna fish any brand of tuna fish, that is canned with water instead of oil, will work.
  • Red onion, diced
  • Celery, chopped
  • Light Mayo-I like to use Kraft light mayo along with a bit of non fat plain or Greek yogurt to keep the points low. The Kraft light mayo is only 1 Smart Point for 1 tablespoon and has the best flavor!
  • Non fat plain or Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional
