This Skinny Tuna Salad is a lighter version of the classic tuna salad recipe. Perfect on top of crackers, in a sandwich, wrap, or as salad, or even an appetizer!

What can I eat this Skinny Tuna Salad with?
- Multigrain crackers: I love eating this tuna salad with Trader Joe’s multigrain crackers. They are fabulous with this salad. You can have 14 crackers for 5 points.
- Low point tortillas: put inside a low point tortilla and you have yourself a tuna wrap! I love the Ole Xtreme Wellness™ Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla Wraps or Tumaro’s Low Carb Multi Grain Tortillas-both are 1 point per tortilla.
- Low point bread: Sara Lee’s 45 calorie wheat bread, Nature’s Own no sugar bread. 467 bread ect.
- Romaine lettuce leaves-this is a great low card option and the crunch is fantastic!
What is this Skinny Tuna Salad made with?
- White albacore tuna in the can, in water ( not oil), drained – I use the Kirkland brand tuna fish from Costco. I have to admit it’s my favorite! It’s chunky and not runny like some tuns fish can be. If you can’t locate Kirkland tuna fish any brand of tuna fish, that is canned with water instead of oil, will work.
- Red onion, diced
- Celery, chopped
- Light Mayo-I like to use Kraft light mayo along with a bit of non fat plain or Greek yogurt to keep the points low. The Kraft light mayo is only 1 Smart Point for 1 tablespoon and has the best flavor!
- Non fat plain or Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional
