It’s that time of year….Whether you’re looking for a Peppermint Mocha or Caramel Brûlée Latte, this Starbucks Holiday Drink Guide will help you find a Holiday drink that fits into your wellness plan. There are so many delicious Starbucks Holiday drinks you are sure to enjoy!

Did you know Starbucks has over 170,000 ways to customize beverages? CRAZY HUH?! That can be very overwhelming trying to find a WW friendly option that fits your lifestyle.

That’s exactly why I created this easy Starbucks WW Friendly Holiday Drink Guide to help make that decision a little more easier!

Here’s the 2022 lineup on the Starbucks Holiday drinks for the season:

  • Peppermint Mocha
  • Toasted White Chocolate Mocha
  • Caramel Brulée Latte
  • Chestnut Praline Latte
  • Irish Creme Cold Brew
  • Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte

All of these flavors are available hot, iced or as a blended Frappuccino. Keep in mind only the hot beverages come in the red cups.

Peppermint Mocha: Espresso, steamed choice of milk, 1 pump peppermint syrup and 1 pump mocha syrup (topped with sweet whipped cream and dark chocolate curls)

In the United States, it is topped with dark chocolate curls and in Europe and the Asia Pacific this drink gets a mocha drizzle and pieces of candy canes.

Toasted White Chocolate Mocha: Espresso, steamed choice of milk, and white chocolate syrup. 

Caramel Brulée Latte: Espresso, steamed choice of milk, caramel brûlée syrup, and Caramel Brulée topping.

Chestnut Praline Latte: Espresso, Chestnut Praline syrup, topped with whipped topping and Chestnut Praline topping.

Irish Creme Cold Brew: Espresso, choice of steamed milk, top with foamed milk.

Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte: is the first non-dairy holiday drink from Starbucks and is made with sugar cookie syrup, Starbucks Blonde Espresso, ice, almond milk, and red and green cookie sprinkles. 

A “Grande” is 150 calories which includes 4 pumps of the cookie syrup and is 7 Points® or treat yourself to a Tall Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte for just 5 Points®

Starbucks Customization Tips:

  1. Select your milk: You can choose from whole, 2% milk or nonfat milk, or non-dairy alternatives such as soy, coconut and almond.
  2. Choose how many pumps of syrup you want: To lower the points of your flavored beverage, ask for fewer pumps of syrup, or select a sugar-free syrup.
  3. Ask for “less whip” or “no whip.”

When is Starbucks Red Cup Day?

Red cup day 2022 will be on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Starbucks customers who order a signature holiday drink on Thursday, November 17, 2022, are eligible for this year’s promotion. To guarantee yourself a free reusable holiday red cup, you’ll want to head to your local Starbucks early on November 17th.
