These Bacon Ranch Garlic Turkey Burgers can be cooked on an outdoor grill or in skillet for a family-friendly meal.

For these Bacon Ranch Garlic Turkey Burgers I add an egg and breadcrumbs to the ground turkey to help bind the meat together. Sometimes ground turkey has a tendency to break apart or crumble as it cooks, which can ruin your well-formed patties. Adding a binder such an egg or egg whites to the ground turkey will help the patties hold the shape before and after cooking.

How do I make these Bacon Ranch Turkey Burgers?

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and spray with non stick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl combine, turkey, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, cooked bacon pieces, ranch mix, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients have been incorporated.

Form meat mixture into six ( 6 oz.) rounded patties.

Cook turkey burgers on preheated grill until meat is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.

Usually between 8-10 minutes per side.

Serve on a low point bun or lettuce wrap and top with your favorite toppings.
