What ingredients do I need to make this Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad?

  • Dry rotini, penne, or any whole grain medium pasta- if you have whole grain pasta as a zero point food you may want to use a whole grain pasta to keep the recipe low in points.
  • Cooked boneless skinless chicken-cut into bite sized chunks. Leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken (without skin) works great in this pasta salad.
  • Romaine lettuce– chopped
  • Croutons– seasoned
  • Parmesan cheese- shredded
  • Course ground black pepper
  • Caesar dressing homemade or a low calorie store bought Caesar dressing– Click HERE for the homemade Skinny Caesar dressing. My favorite low calorie store bought Caesar dressings are: Bolthouse® Farms Creamy Caesar Yogurt Dressing or Wish-Bone Light Creamy Caesar dressing.

Looks delicious with all the right ingredients for me. Question? In the recipe where everything is to be combined and placed in the refrigerator to chill, is the chicken to be included? I do not see it in the recipe steps.

Hi Stephanie

Thank you for your comment. Yes, the chicken is added into the bowl to chill. That was an human error so thank you for catching that. I have since made that update!

Have a great day
