These moist Cinnamon and Pumpkin Spice Muffins are the perfect way to start your day!

Servings: Makes 20 regular size cupcakes

These cinnamon and pumpkin spice muffins are so easy to make and require only a few ingredients! 

 

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing combine all ingredients. Using a hand whisk, whisk together all ingredients until well combined and smooth.
  3. Using two 12 muffin tins, line 20 muffin cups with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour batter evenly into liners.
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until fork comes out clean.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can pure pumpkin
  • 1 package of sugar free Pillsbury deluxe cinnamon swirl muffin mix
  • 1 tsp Dak's pumpkin spice or any pumpkin spice.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  1. Add 2 more Tbsp of water if batter needs to be thinned out

I just made these but I made 12 regular size, just wondering how the point value would change, they are delicious!!

Yes, you can cook this in a loaf pan. 350 degrees for 35-38 minutes.
