- Skinless boneless chicken breasts-thinly sliced.
- Nonfat plain greek yogurt or plain non fat yogurt-you could also use light mayo, for additional points
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- Seasoned salt
- Italian style bread crumbs

How do I make thisCreamy Parmesan Chicken?
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
Place chicken breasts on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet. You can place a baking sheet bakers rack on top of the parchment paper, if you have one. Spray the baking sheet bakers rack with non stick cooking spray, if you’re using one.
Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. It is important to have dry chicken breasts which will help keep the coating on the chicken while it cooks.
Spoon mixture on top of chicken breasts.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of chicken breasts.
Spray the tops of the chicken breasts with non stick cooking spray.
Cook for 25-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Turn the oven to broil and place the pan under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned on top.
Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat in oven for 8-10 minutes or in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Just had to thankyou for a wonderful dish! My hubs had no idea the creaminess was fat free greek yogurt!! i didnt have italian bread crumbs, so i used plain, and then sprinkled italian seasoning on top. So good!!
