Creamy Chicken Parmesan

This Creamy Parmesan Chicken is a total hit for dinner. It will easily become a family favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 5 (4 oz.) skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt or plain non fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3.  Place chicken breasts on a lined with parchment paper cookie sheet.
  4. Spoon mixture on top of chicken breasts. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of chicken breasts.
  5. Cook for 25-28 minutes.

Just had to thankyou for a wonderful dish! My hubs had no idea the creaminess was fat free greek yogurt!! i didnt have italian bread crumbs, so i used plain, and then sprinkled italian seasoning on top. So good!!

What temp and how long in a air fryer?

You can cook in the air fryer at 360 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink)
