What Ingredients do I need to make this Easy Apple Pie Overnight Oats?
- Old fashioned oats– I don’t recommend using quick or instant oats- they will become too soggy overnight and won’t hold up. If you are wanting a gluten-free option, you can use Quaker Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats. You can find them at Whole Foods or HERE on Amazon.
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Ground cinnamon
- Zero Point Cinnamon Apple Pie Filling.-you can also use the canned no sugar added apple pie filling. However, that would increase the point value by 3 smartpoints. You can find my Zero Point Cinnamon Apple Pie filling recipe HERE
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal– optional. I love the adding this in the morning for a little crunch!
- Low point peanut or nut butter- I love and recommend American Dream Nut Butters. These nut butters are low in points and are amazing!! I have loved the every flavor! The cinnamon toasties almond butter is hands down my favorite! It tastes like cinnamon toast crunch!
- Four 8 oz. mason jars or containers with lids– you can get them HERE on Amazon.

Is Stevia a good alternative to the monkfruit?
Hi Genelle
Yes, Stevia can be used for this recipe-just keep in mind that Stevia is concentrated and sweetener than Lakanto Monkfruit which has a 1:1 ratio with regular sugar. Be sure to use the conversion chart on back of the package for real sugar!
Thanks
