What ingredients do I need to make these Easy Low Point Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups?
- Reduced fat or whipped cream cheese– any reduced fat, 1/3 less fat, or whipped cream cheese will work. I like to use Great Value whipped cream cheese from Walmart
- Non fat plain Greek yogurt – you won’t be able to taste it, I promise! You can substitute it for fat free sour cream, if desired.
- Dry ranch dressing mix – I use Hidden valley ranch dry dressing mix
- Buffalo wing sauce– I use Frank’s original buffalo wing sauce
- Boneless, skinless chicken– already cooked. You can use rotisserie or canned Kirkland chicken breast, drained.
- Reduced fat or fat free shredded cheddar cheese– I use Trader Joe’s lite three cheese blend
- Wonton wrappers-I use Twin Dragon Won Ton Wrappers. These can be found at most grocery stores in the refrigerated area.
What can I garnish these Easy Low Point Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups with?
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Green onions, sliced
- Bacon crumbles- I like to use Hormel precooked real bacon bits– 1 smartpoint for 1 Tablespoon
- Shredded cheese
- Buffalo wing sauce

How do I make these Easy Low Point Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups with?
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray.
Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup.
Spray wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl combine reduced fat cream cheese, non fat plain Greek yogurt, ranch mix, buffalo wing sauce, and cooked chicken.
Mix ingredients together until they are well combined.
Add just over a Tablespoon of chicken mixture to each wonton.
Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from oven.
Sprinkle the tops with reduced fat cheddar cheese.
Put back into the oven and cook another 5-8 minutes or until nice and bubbly and the wontons are golden brown.
Garnish with your favorite toppings such as: blue cheese crumbles, green onions, sliced, bacon crumbles.

We had these for SuperBowl and were delicious. Hubby and daughter approved! We topped with jalapeno instead of bacon. Yummy!! I did take a picture, but don't see where I can add it. Great recipe!
