What is Pumpkin Fluff?

Pumpkin fluff or also known as mousse- is packed with canned pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin spice, skim milk and fat free cool whip. It’s the perfect fall dessert, and it’s very easy to make! Throw this together for a fall party, inside a pumpkin carving or bowl! 

What ingredients do I need to make this Easy WW pumpkin Fluff?

  • Instant sugar free vanilla or butterscotch pudding mix-used as the base for the fluff
  • Skim milk or almond milk-to thin out the consistency
  • 100% pumpkin purée- for flavor and base
  • Pumpkin pie spice-for flavor 
  • Fat free cool whip topping- thawed

 

What can I serve this pumpkin fluff with?

  • Sliced apples
  • Sliced bananas
  • Pretzels
  • Graham crackers
  • Anise Reko Pizzelles– which are pictured here in this post. They are only 1 Smart-point per cookie or 5 Smart-points for 6. They are perfect for dipping or you can 2 Tbsp of fluff between two cookies for 2 smart-points. They are available in many different flavors. How do I make this Easy WW Pumpkin Fluff?

In a large bowl, mix together instant sugar free vanilla or butterscotch pudding mix, skim milk, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. 

Fold in the thawed fat free cool whip topping.

Chill for at least an hour in the refrigerator. 

Serve in a single serving dessert dish. 

or as a dip.

  • 3 Tbsp skim milk or almond milk 
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can 100% pumpkin purée 
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) container fat free cool whip topping, thawed

Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, mix together instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix, skim milk, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice.

I have literally made this three times since I discovered your recipe. My husband (who does not follow WW) is so obsessed with it, he requested it for his birthday.
