- Instant sugar free vanilla or butterscotch pudding mix-used as the base for the fluff
- Skim milk or almond milk-to thin out the consistency
- 100% pumpkin purée- for flavor and base
- Pumpkin pie spice-for flavor
- Fat free cool whip topping- thawed
