Hawaiian Delight Fluff

This Hawaiian Delight Fluff is super simple to make-it requires only a few ingredients that you probably already have at home! It’s easy, delicious and makes for the perfect potluck dish or dessert!

Servings: Makes 8 ( 1 cup) servings

How do I make this Hawaiian Delight Fluff?

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix

and drained crushed pineapple. Mix until well blended.

Be sure to drain the juice for the pineapple and mandarin oranges or there will added points for the juice. 

 

Using a food scale, measure out 5 oz. fat free cool whip, then using a spatula fold the cool whip into the mixture.

Add non fat plain yogurt. And mix well.  

Gradually fold in the mandarin oranges and sliced bananas.  

Servings: Makes 8 (1 cup) servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (1 oz.) sugar free instant Jello vanilla pudding mix
  • 1  20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 cups plain non fat or Greek yogurt ( I use non fat plain yogurt) 
  • 5 oz. fat free or sugar free Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can no sugar added mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp sweetened coconut flakes, optional

 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, and drained crushed pineapple. Mix until well blended.
  2. Add non fat plain yogurt. And mix well.  Using a food scale, measure out 5 oz. fat free cool whip, then using a spatula fold the cool whip into the mixture.
  3. Gradually fold in the mandarin oranges and sliced bananas.  
  4. Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
  5. Sprinkle coconut on top just before serving, if desired for additional points.
